1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ClipScheduler ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClipScheduler is an automated video management and publishing platform for YouTube. The Service allows you to upload videos, apply effects, schedule publications, and track the performance of your videos.

3. User Account

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
  • Provide truthful and complete information when registering
  • Maintain the security of your account and password
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Plans and Payments

ClipScheduler offers different subscription plans. The free trial period lasts 7 days. After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

  • Payments are processed via Stripe, a secure payment processor
  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled in advance
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the settings panel
  • No refunds for partial usage periods
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on third-party copyrights
  • Publish illegal, offensive, defamatory content or content that violates the privacy of others
  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Service
  • Use the Service for spam or malicious activities
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Violate the YouTube Terms of Service or any integrated platform's terms
  • Use automated tools to abuse the Service or circumvent rate limits

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to ClipScheduler. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary for providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service and for the consequences of its publication.

7. YouTube Integration

ClipScheduler uses the YouTube API to publish videos on your behalf. By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize ClipScheduler to:

  • Upload videos to your channel
  • Manage video metadata (title, description, tags)
  • Access your video analytics

You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your channel in the settings or directly through your Google account settings.

ClipScheduler's use of YouTube data is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClipScheduler is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Interruptions or temporary unavailability of the Service
  • Loss of data or content
  • Actions taken by YouTube regarding your channel or videos
  • Indirect damages arising from the use of the Service

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notification in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the settings panel or by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.
